We offer bespoke in-person and online programmes that promote belonging and connection within the workplace.

Connect and thrive

This is a group coaching programme for organisations. Drawing on key coaching concepts and positive psychology, it has two aims:

  1. To increase staff wellbeing through self-leadership, compassion, and psychological flexibility

  2. To empower staff to forge new routes to building a culture of belonging, collaboration and community within their organisation.

Through group learning and personal reflection, the programme invites participants to explore their current situation, consider where they would like to be, and to craft the lives and careers they desire.

The programme consists of six 2-hour online sessions and culminates in an Away Day or Half-Day co-created by programme participants for the entire organisation.

The programme supports participants to:

  • Develop self-leadership Increase resilience and psychological flexibility

  • Enhance belonging and identify routes to collaboration

  • Learn practical interpersonal skills to lead a new community of practice 

It supports organisations through:

  • Increased staff wellbeing, resilience and motivation

  • Training staff in active listening and reflective conversations to promote connection with others

  • Growing community and connections across the organisation

One-to-one coaching

We offer one-to-one coaching for individuals within organisations. One-to-one coaching can offer valuable extra support for staff taking the ‘Connect and Thrive’ programme, allowing:

  • Deeper engagement with the course material

  • Personalised support and extended opportunities for individual reflection

  • Increased accountability through weekly or fortnightly check-ins

We also work with organisations to offer one-to-one coaching programmes independent of our group workshops. Programmes consist of a minimum of six one-to-one coaching sessions for each individual, along with one initial and one concluding meeting between the coach, the individual, and their line manager. These bespoke coaching programmes invite individuals to:

  • Explore which areas of work and life are most meaningful to them

  • Consider what changes could increase their sense of satisfaction, belonging, and accomplishment

  • Take meaningful steps toward pursuing their goals in both work and life
